Hello..
I am not sure if your 523 is like an American 525....is it Siemans OBD2?
if it is...and the 523 is like a 525...then I could sell you an C30 Stg i kit..only thing is..you would have to make the FMIC and the piping fit because it is not specifically designed for a 5 series chassis...and it will not fit precisely....
If I confirm a 523 is like an American 525 and you have a Siemans 41.1 ECM and you are willing to make whatever fab chnages to FMIC brackets and shortening or lengthening IC piping..it could work..
The C38 kit that AA produces without a FMIC, will not work on the smaller BMW engine because the blower is too big...
The C30 kit comes in 2 choices....A rotrex C30-94 head or the new HKS head.....
If you bought the Rotrex head kit it is $4200 US plus shipping to France ( guessing $300, it is normally $150)
if you Paypalled it would be $125 additonl for Paypal fee
If you bought the new HKS blower head it is $4500 US plus shipping...plus $135 additional for Paypal fee
You would also have to get your ECM to AA to be flashed with a new tune..you get it there...AA flashes it and sends it back ( normally the return freight charge of the ECM is FREE but to France it would most likely be $~ 75 additional US..
Is your car Automatic or Manual? Does it have traction control on it and are you planning on keeping it?
I would have to confirm with AA that they would want to have you put a kit ( that you know will have to the FMIC and piping played with to fit) on a 523....and that the ECM is the same for tuning purposes...
I am not sure what they do to cars in France..
Marco
