Pour celles ou ceux qui recherchent comme moi un module TV hybrid voici un topic assez bien fait que j'ai trouvé sur la toile.
Installing an after market TV module is easiest if you have the OEM TV module!
The OEM TV module has an AV input which you can easily access by buying a lead from E-Bay. The only slight problem is that it's only mono audio, this may or may not bother you. Installing a TV without the OEM TV module will require a video interface box which connects in line with the Nav (as does the OEM TV module), ToysInYourCar sell them, you can probably get a second hand TV module for less though!
There is a BMW Hybrid Digital/Analogue module which is a plug and play swap for the older Analogue only module, not cheap though.
If you do get a TV module, make sure it's not an older 4:3 version, here are a few part numbers for you!!
